     JOSPT is currently negotiating alliances with other professional organizations. 

     The print edition of the Journal reaches more than 21,500 individuals and institutions in the United States and 55 countries around the world. The Journal’s website, www.jospt.org, receives more than 36,000 unique visitors each month.

JOSPT Subscription Rates: 2010 

     Effective with subscriptions beginning January 1, 2010, JOSPT offers subscribers the opportunity to select either a print (12 hard copy issues) or online-only subscription to the Journal, or choose a print + online subscription. Prices for institutions, individuals and students follow. Please note that individual subscriptions will only be sent to home addresses, and students must provide proof of enrollment in a degree program.

2010 Subscription Types & Rates

Subscribe Online, by FAX, Phone or Mail 

• Online: You may subscribe to the Journal online using our secure system and a credit card - MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. You will receive an emailed receipt and have immediate access to JOSPT content.

• FAX: You may download, complete, and fax the JOSPT subscription form with your payment information to 703-836-2210. Processing will take 1-2 weeks.

• Phone: You may call us toll-free at 1-877-766-3450 and provide your information to a Journal representative. Processing will take 1-2 weeks.

• Mail: You may download, complete, and mail the JOSPT subscription form with your credit card or check made payable in US funds to JOSPT, 1111 North Fairfax St, Ste 100, Alexandria, VA 22314-1436. Once the Journal office receives your order, processing will take 1-2 weeks.

     Please note that all subscriptions are processed on a monthly basis as they are received. If your subscription is on a calendar year, please renew promptly. We cannot guarantee to supply back issues on belated renewals. Multiple-year subscriptions are available at the current rates for up to 2 years. Pricing includes normal shipping. Advance payment in U.S. dollars is required. Once ordered, a subscription may be cancelled but cannot be refunded.

Internet Protocol (IP) Address Access

Special Subscription Rates for International JOSPT Partners

Change of Address

     Be sure to notify JOSPT when your address changes to continue to receive your issues of the Journal. The U.S. Postal Service destroys publications that do not have correct mailing addresses. We are not able to replace issues for those subscribers who fail to notify us of address changes.

     If available, replacement issues cost $25 in the United States and $35 elsewhere. Section members pay $20 for replacement copies.

You can also email your new information to membership@apta.org. 

Missing Issues

     If you miss an issue of the Journal or it arrives damaged in the mail, you are entitled to a 1-time replacement of your copy. If you use a subscription agency, please contact that organization to place a claim for you.

     Please contact the Copyright Clearance Center to request permission to reproduce/reprint material published in JOSPT.

Single JOSPT Articles & Issues

     Individual articles and single issues are available for purchase.     

• Single articles may be ordered for $10 each. 

• When available, single copies of issues of JOSPT cost for $25 each for destinations in the United States and $35 elsewhere. Orthopaedic and Sports Physical Therapy Section members and JOSPT subscribers may obtain single copies for $20 each in the United States and $30 elsewhere. If you are located outside the United States, we will send your issue order via airmail. Postage is included in all pricing.

     Order articles and issues in one of the following ways:

• Online: Articles published prior to the current month in the year 2006 are open access, as are all manuscripts where research was funded by such governmental entities as the US National Institutes of Health. In addition, all clinical practice guidelines and Read for Credit articles are open. You may order an article or issue online using our secure system and a credit card - MasterCard, Visa, or American Express. You will receive an emailed receipt. When you order a back issue of the Journal, please allow 1-2 weeks to receive it. These orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
