Read Abstracts in Other Languages

Reflecting JOSPT's growing international audience, readers may now read article abstracts not only in English, but also in 4 additional languages.  Articles published in the Journal from January 2008 forward are available in French, Brazilian Portuguese, Continental Portuguese, and Spanish as well as English.

Articles with this feature have an "Abstract in other languages" option located just below "View Abstract" as shown below.  When this option is selected, a drop-down menu will appear, listing the translations available.  Select the language you wish to see, and the abstract displays in that language.  The example below is in Spanish. 

Abstracts in other languages typically are available 1 month after they have been published in the print and online JOSPT.  While we do our best to ensure that abstract translations are clear and accurate, please let us know if you believe a correction needs to be made.  We welcome your feedback about this new online Journal feature.  Please email us at jospt@jospt.org.
